Personal Data Protection Law
As Onur Plastik Ambalaj İmalat Taahhüt Geri Dönüşüm Ind.Trade.Co.Ltd. in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data, numbered 6698, we give particular importance for the protection and legal security of the personal data.
The Present Policy is applied for the activities managed by Onur Ambalaj for processing, transferring, storing, destroying and protecting all of the personal data.
In this context, we act in accordance with the following principles:
- Processing personal data in accordance with law and good faith,
- Keeping personal data accurate, and up-to-date when necessary,
- Processing personal data for specific, clear and legitimate purposes,
- Processing personal data in a limited and measured manner, and connected to the purpose they are processed,
- Retaining personal data for the period foreseen in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed,
- Clarifying and informing the personal data holders,
- Establishing the necessary system for personal data holders to exercise their rights,
- Taking necessary measures to protect personal data,
- Acting in accordance with the relevant legislation and PDP Board regulations for transferring personal data to third parties in accordance with the requirements of the purpose of processing,
- To show the necessary sensitivity to the processing and protection of sensitive personal data
With this awareness, as the Human Resources Department, we take all administrative and technical measures to protect Personal Data. In order to ensure compliance with the policy, we made efforts to ensure the awareness of employees, and take necessary measures for the compliance process of the new employees.
As required by the Law on Protection of Personal Data and relevant legal regulations, it is the present policy and relevant administrative and technical regulations are to be reviewed and changed when it is necessary.
